High wind speed halt mode:   When the wind speed exceeds safety value , the variable pitch control system make the blade angle changes, the rotor rotation speed is reduced, the wind blade variable pitch to 90 ° halt; Yaw control at the same time, the rotor axis and the direction of the wind into 90 °, the turbines stop turning. Multiple protection devices at the same time protect the blades rotor, make it safe running.
